With an extensive background in movement education, Jennifer holds a BA (Honors) in Performing Arts from De Montfort University (UK), an MA from the European Dance Development Center in Arnhem, Netherlands, and completed a scholarship with the Trisha Brown Dance Company. They also completed a 1,600-hour Alexander Technique teacher training through AmSAT/IRDEAT in New York City, along with advanced postgraduate study through ACAT, The Poise Project, and other Alexander Technique programs.
Jennifer brings a holistic approach to fitness, helping clients develop greater body awareness, improve movement quality, and build confidence that extends beyond the gym. Their goal is to help individuals discover a deeper connection between mind and body, creating lasting habits that support lifelong health.
Their philosophy centers on sustainable movement rather than intensity alone. By learning to recognize the body's natural signals and cultivating self-awareness, clients develop the skills to move with purpose, adapt to life's demands, and make wellness a natural part of everyday living.
Outside of the gym, they enjoy music, sewing, knitting, painting, gardening, hiking, biking, climbing, swimming, dancing, and continually learning new skills.
Favorite Fitness Tip: Build a consistent practice that fits your life. Focus on quality of movement, not just heavier weights, longer workouts, or more intensity.
