Red Cross Certified Lifeguard
More about Danielle
Danielle joined UVAC in September 2021 as a lifeguard, swim lesson instructor, and swim coach.
Danielle started developing her love for aquatics at a very young age and swam competitively between the ages of 7 and 14. She first became certified as a lifeguard in 2005 and has continued to pursue swimming recreationally, most recently developing an interest in open-water swimming. She is also a Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructor and loves to share her passion and knowledge with swimmers of all ages but particularly enjoys the challenge of teaching adults who are new to swimming. In fall, 2022, Danielle enthusiastically joined the Aquatics Management team at UVAC and stepped into the new role of Aquatics and Staff Management Coordinator.
