Get faster, get stronger, have fun, make friends. Designed for competitive swimmers looking to improve technique with all strokes, starts and turns. Low swimmer to coach ratio. Staff is college level coaches, college swimmers, and club team coaches. Daily pool sessions, strength and conditioning, and classroom sessions daily along with outdoor and group activities.

At Colby Sawyer College in beautiful New London, New Hampshire. College dormitory setting with meals in the cafeteria.
Daily Schedule
8:30-9:30 Breakfast for Overnight Campers only
9:45-11:15 Pool time
11:30-12:30 Lunch
12:30-1:15 Classroom Instruction
1:30-2:15 Strength and Conditioning
2:30-4 Pool time
4-5:30 Free time
5:30-6:30 Dinner Overnight Campers only
6:30-8:30 Evening activity
8:30-9:30 Head to room, lights out
